Emily grew up in the 41st LD and graduated from Newport High School and Washington State University in Pullman. She received paralegal certification from University of Washington extension program and a Compliance Officer certification from Mortgage Learning Institute. She is not backed by any special interests or powerful unions but rather she will represent your interests as small business owners and employees and citizens of the district.

Emily has 40+years work experience in broad range of roles in many fields: Litigation Paralegal, Product Litigation Technician, Mortgage Compliance Officer, Executive Assistant, Office Manager in a variety of fields Legal, Manufacturing, Construction, Medical Consulting, and Mortgage Industry. She is currently a Small Business Owner/ Entrepreneur in the 41st LD

Emily's work in broad range of fields and her experience as a single mother have honed her negotiation, listening and problem solving skills. She is adept and listening, gathering information and making final decisions that serve the greatest good.

Serving as the Chair of the 41st GOP since 2023, she has learned to balance the competing needs of Precinct Committee Officers and citizen activists and has been instrumental in increasing communication, participation and involvement of the group. Emily got involved with the Republican party in 2019 when she decided that grassroots action was the tried and true method for making positive changes in our community.
